STANDARD DELIVERY
Domestic shipping is FREE for all orders placed in the USA.
It may take approximately 24 hours within business days to process an order before it is shipped.
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS, Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
We are able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Refused shipment orders are responsible for the return shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
SALES TAX
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Illinois. That is because sales tax is charged only to states where Nikki Vain has a physical presence. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging, original tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Special order or sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us at info@nikkivain.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available. Items must be shipped returned within 7 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time periord. Any Nikki Vain original has a lifetime warranty against breakage. You should expect to receive your refund within 6-10 days after we received the returned merchandise. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
